As the world continues to advance, construction products, quality, aesthetics, efficiency, and health benefits are also improving. There were millions of homes built in the United States decades ago that do not have modern and energy-efficient products, an effective layout, and proper use of space. Also, there have been multiple building and residential code revisions to help increase the safety of families and ease of mobility within their homes.

Kcil has identified the need of bringing these homes to the current building code, and increase the effectiveness of home mobility while using modern and energy-efficient construction products. Our new homes business unit will not only build homes to current code and modern floor plans but will also include features that will allow the home to stand the test of time. Given that construction innovations are not as dynamic as the technology industry, our priority will be to integrate available technology in building new smart homes and transforming existing ones into smart homes through remodeling.
